Hillside Medical Group, a growing primary care practice committed to high-quality patient care, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist.
 

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients, set goals, and plan treatment programs based on physician’s orders

Treat patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes

Synthesize patient data to establish age-appropriate plans of care with therapeutic interventions and goals

Provide outpatient physical therapy in a primary care setting

Qualifications:

Current State of Texas Physical Therapy license

Current CPR certification

Familiarity with EHR medical charting

Team player with adaptability and flexibility

Strong written and interpersonal communication skills

Experience:

Preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply

Salary:

Competitive and commensurate with experience, starting from $100,000.00 per year
