Position Overview: Hopkins MD, a leading primary care practice focused on lifelong health and wellness, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our team. Our practice provides a comprehensive range of services, from routine health exams and sick visits to chronic condition management and personalized weight loss programs. We are committed to delivering high-quality care through a partnership with our patients to achieve their wellness goals. 

Responsibilities:

Provide patient-centered primary care including annual physicals, sick visits, and chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, obesity).
Work with patients to create personalized health plans aimed at improving quality of life and preventing future health conditions.
Offer specialized services, including weight loss management programs and evaluations for gastric bypass surgery.
Educate patients on available treatment options and lifestyle changes to promote long-term wellness.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the practice to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or equivalent).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop strong patient relationships built on trust and care.
Experience in primary care and chronic disease management is preferred.
