Responsibilities:

– Provide primary and Rheumatological care services to patients ages 16-99

– Perform comprehensive physical examinations and assessments

– Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses

– Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs

– Educate patients on disease prevention and health promotion

– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care

– Manage patient care through utilization management and utilization review processes

-Maintain Strict quality care initiatives as outlined by our contract with our ACO.

Requirements:

– Valid Nurse Practitioner license OR

– Physician Assitant License

– New Graduates are ecounraged to apply as well as seasoned practitioners

– Experience with EMR, specifically Greenway Primesuite is desired

– Ability to perform IV insertion and other clinical procedures as needed

Position will be a part time to full time conversion based on patient volume and needs of the practice. Starting at a minimum of 34 hours per week and increasing to at least 37.5 hours based on volume and need as stated.

Pay: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour
