Job Opening: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

We are a large, well-established independent primary care clinic seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dynamic care team. Our practice focuses on providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population—from wellness and preventive visits to managing acute and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine wellness and preventive care visits across the lifespan
• Evaluate and manage acute care visits and minor urgent needs
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate patient records using our EMR system – EPIC
• Participate in patient education and health promotion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted FNP license – MS
• Current DOT certification preferred or willingness to complete certification upon hire
• Strong clinical skills in both acute and preventive care
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a primary care or outpatient setting (preferred)
