Physician Assistant
Hourly Rate: $85/hour
Hours:
Start at 8 hours/week (split into 4-hour blocks)
Target 24 hours/week in 3-6 months
32+ hours/week in 6-12 months
Responsibilities:
Patient visits (up to average 20/day, initially start at 1 patient every 30 minutes)
Reviewing labs/studies
Coordinating care
Completing all notes same day for billing

Malpractice insurance included (tail cost split 50/50)
Benefits @ 32+ hours/week (Full Time):
$85/hour
Dictation software
$2,000/year CME
15 days sick time/PTO
No call
Malpractice tail coverage after 1 year of full-time employment
Possible profit sharing
401(k) contributions
Coverage of license fees (DEA, NP, RN, NP Furnishing)
Requirements:
Must be licensed NP, RN
Must have DEA licensure
