Family Nurse Practitioner or PA

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or PA to join our healthcare team in providing comprehensive care to patients 18 years and older.

Responsibilities:

Provide primary care services, including comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses

Order and interpret diagnostic tests

Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans

Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and chronic disease management

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

Valid and unrestricted license as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization in Family Practice

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an FNP preferred

Familiarity with electronic health record systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments

Proficiency in a second language (Spanish) is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: Based on a percentage of each patient consulted
