We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults and children and will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient family practice setting. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring that all patients receive comprehensive and empathetic care.
Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate specialty care for patients and any needed tests.
Provide urgent care services, addressing immediate health concerns effectively.
Utilize ECW software for patient documentation and management.
Work closely with patients with chronic healthcare issues, ensuring their specific needs are met.
Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant license in North Carolina.
Previous experience in a family practice, pediatrics or internal medicine type clinic
Experience in outpatient clinic environments.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
