- Escorting patients to the exam room
- Recording patients and vitals
- Accessing and uploading medical records
- Ensuring all documentation accurately reflects the patient encounter and plan of care
- Checking insurance eligibility
- Administering injections
- Sterilizing and maintaining exam rooms and instruments
- Assisting providers with procedures
