We are seeking the ideal candidate for our front staff position to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

This is a forward patient-facing position, we use Athena EHR/EMR and are looking to add someone with experience and charm to our team.

Qualifications

Experience with Athena EHR is a huge plus; We are looking for someone with experience with this system.
Ideal candidates have front desk experience
Have the ability to work multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
Excellent telephone skills and ability to communicate positively and calmly in stressful situations
Proficient in Microsoft Windows is a plus
Providing clerical and administrative support
Providing information and support to staff and clients
Responding to internal and external requests
Answering phones, data entry, filing, email, Internet, etc
Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
Familiarity with medical billing procedures
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
Escort patients to exam rooms
