We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a CMA, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and support to our medical staff.
Duties:
Assist healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures
Perform basic medical tasks such as vital signs, EKGs, and in-house testing
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical coding
Prepare and sterilize medical instruments
Educate patients on procedures, medications, and general healthcare
Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
Certification as a Medical Assistant required
Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
Experience with medication administration and patient service
Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred
Previous experience in clinical setting is advantageous
