We are a community-focused family medicine practice in Prince George’s County, Maryland (Capitol Heights and Bowie), and NE Washington, DC (former Providence Hospital) providing essential healthcare services to an underserved population. We are currently seeking a compassionate and Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team and help make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or PAs seeking to grow their skills in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct physical exams and take detailed medical histories of patients.
Diagnose and treat common medical conditions under the supervision of physicians.
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and wellness.
Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
Participate in community outreach initiatives and contribute to improving health outcomes in the local underserved population.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Active Physician Assistant license in Maryland and in Washington, D.C.
Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Prior experience in family medicine is a plus, but not required.
