Position: Front Desk Receptionist
We are looking to add an experienced full-time Front Desk Receptionist at a busy primary care practice in Lewes, DE. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, provide excellent patient experience and attention to detail, and work comfortably in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Check in/out patients quickly and accurately
Complete insurance verification
Verify patient demographic information at the time of scheduling appointment and upon check-in
Monitor and respond to patient and clinical staff messages
Complete patient outreach
Answer incoming calls
Scan incoming documents
Obtain co-pays and payments
Maintain clean appearance of waiting area and front desk
Requirements:
Prior Front Desk experience required, in a medical setting preferred.
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Electronic Health Record (Preferred)
