Job Description
I’m working with an FQHC in CA looking to add multiple providers to the group! Please let me know if you are interested! Located less than 30min from the beautiful beaches on Monterey, CA!
Role:
Compensation Range: $260-280k (based on experience)
Bonuses vary based on shared savings and net collections.
Start Date: ASAP
Full time role
Setting: Outpatient office (FQHC)
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p. Admin time built into schedule.
Patient Volume: 16-18 patients per day
Minimal call : rotate weekends and call days. Light call activity
EMR: Athena
Partnership available after 1 yr at owner’s discretion. Earning potential $300k+
Benefits:
Sign on: $30K with hospital membership, commitment of 3 years
Relocation: Up to $10K
Student loan repayment: open to discussion
Malpractice – yes

CME: 5 Days and $3k allowance
PTO: 10 days’ vacation, 10 days holidays. 6 sick days
Retirement: 401K plan with 100% first tier match
