Job Description:

Provide direct patient care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, women’s health, and geriatric patients

Administer injections, immunizations, and other medical procedures

Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations

Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients

Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance

Develop and implement patient management plans

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Participate and engage with service excellence

Document HCC and other measures due for Hills or SIP (training will be provided)

Qualifications:

Must have or be applying for DEA and NPI

Be a graduate of an accredited institution

Must be able to see up to 16-18 patients per day (lower initially)
