We are seeking a CMA to perform Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, including risk assessments, preventive screenings and care coordination in an office setting.
Responsibilities will include:
Conducting Medicare compliant Annual Wellness Visits
Complete Health Risk Assessments
Identify and coordinate preventive services
Document visits in the EMR
Collaborate with physicians and care teams
Help to room and get vitals on any of these patients coming in to see the Provider
Requirements recommended:
Current CMA certification
1 year minimum experience working with Medicare Annual Wellness patients EMR familiarity
Ability to work independently
