Front Office Medical Receptionist
Hillside Medical Group
Full Time
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Qualifications:
MUST have 1+ year experience working in a medical front office
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent computer knowledge with Office 365
Able to prioritize and multitask
Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing the highest level of patient care
Follow HIPAA guidelines
Job Functions:
Answer multiple phone lines with professionalism
Check in patients
Collect copays, deductibles, coinsurance etc.
Post payments
Scan medical records into patient charts
Collect and input patient demographics to include insurance
Keep a professional and organized front desk
Schedule new and existing patients
Must be willing to cross train to do front office work
Other duties as given by supervisor & office manager
