Internal Medicine office looking for an experienced bilingual English/Spanish Front/Back Office Medical Assistant in the Stockton area. Minimum 3 years of experience preferred. Familiarity with Epic EMR is a strong plus. Must have excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task. Must be dependable and reliable with excellent attendance. Must be able to to perform EKG’s and vital signs.

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills required
Medical terminology, familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding procedures and reference tools, and pharmacology appropriate to the Medical Assistant scope of practice required
Keyboarding skills and the ability to utilize computer equipment and software required, as is experience with other types of standard office equipment

Qualifications and Experience:

3 years experience in the medical field. Must be able to perform EKG’s and vital signs.
Must be highly professional and share our commitment to patient care and service.
Ability to use good judgment in the course of contact with physicians, patients and staff. Must be able to multitask.
Must be a team player, able to learn quickly, dependable and reliable.
Bilingual preferred.

Education

High School diploma required.
