We are seeking a friendly, organized and professional Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team.

As the first point of contact for patients, the receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth administrative operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in patients in a courteous and efficient manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, and portal
• Answer incoming call and respond to inquiries
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Collect co-pays and balances
• Coordinate with providers and medical staff
• Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning and faxing.

Requirement:
• High School Diploma
• Prior experience in a medical or customer service setting preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with medical software and office equipment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic insurance processes a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits:
• Starting at $17 per hour
• PTO (Limited due to Part-time position)
